We spent a lot of time at the pool, which was neverJust back from a short break at the Azur hotel, we immensely enjoyed the spacious cabin room (double sofa bed in the separated lounge room great for the kids); the lush gardens (meaning that nowhere on the property can you ever see more than one room, making it feel secluded); friendly staff; nice pool area; and proximity to the beach (about 5mins, though of course much more to walk along and find your spot). The owner Ahmed and his amazing team deliver an outstanding personal, but laid back, level of service. Conveniently located restaurants include Blue Lagoon Café, Sauterelle, and Ti Kouloir.Small but very cozy and super clean room and hotel. It has been growing but still it is the same beautiful place. If visiting Mauritius again would definitely stay at Azur Paradise.This was my second stay at the hotel. Has been a nightmare that I’m still dealing with. We stayed in both types of room - initially the stone bungalows, which were nice (especially the bunkbeds) but quite near to the restaurant, and then moved to a wooden hut, which was beautiful and more secluded.
