It wasn’t an upgrade at all. The Colonial Club is a great bonus to get a quick snack or to even pour yourself a drink. Also, Tony "mimosa" took great care of us at the buffet everyday. Free breakfast is available daily. The staff absolutely amazing as always!

Spas should be tranquil and quiet. Overall we would return.

He introduced us to other butlers and in case we couldn't reach him we were to find one of the others (never had to do so) Must do stuff: Foam Party, Shows, Japanese restaurant and swim up bar. We would very much enjoy the opportunity of welcoming you back and making your next stay absolutely Majestic. Every room is the same huge size. The beach area was clean and plenty of lounges and bali beds to go around. We just returned home from a very wonderful vacation at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres resort. I figured something would go horribly wrong for sure.

Yasiel made my beach experience wonderful...’Mi Amore’ <3. ft. Colonial Club One Bedroom Suites with a Jacuzzi are located on the 4th floor and accommodate up to 4 adults. The Matsuri Japanese restaurant was the best of the main 3 in my opinion, plenty of food and a great time talking with other guests sitting at same grill.

The rooms are beautiful. We have provided the following form for you to share your opinion with us and our future customers. The showers do back up onto the bathroom floor…bad design. They accommodate up to 2 adults. So much energy here ! We loved it! You have to know this going into an all inclusive. Room- the oceanfront room is beautiful, but realize you have a main path walkway off of the back porch area.

It is the smallest locker room I have ever seen in a spa There were 6 of us celebrating our friend’s 50th birthday. We are definitely greatful that we had a butler like Jeffrey! We’ve all been in chilly pools, these literally felt like ice was being pumped in. All the restaurants we tried were very good. Colonial Club Jr. Suite Ocean View Suites with a Jacuzzi are equipped with 1 king-size or 2 queen-size beds.

People were yelling across the pools to each other, leaving sauna doors wide open, laughing loudly and acting like they were at the outdoor pools. Popular attractions Hard Rock Golf Club at Cana Bay and Arena Gorda Beach are located nearby. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service we received from all the staff, one in particular is Alejondre our trip advisor. There were no gifts in room (didn’t really care about gifts). Five STARS!
