We are convinced that returning to this resort is always the right choice; we have persuaded others to visit and, they in turn, have told us they feel the same way. I requested a refund on 14 May 2020 and the reservation agent Anais Kisnorbo replied on the same day, that my request has been sent to your accounts for processing and the necessary will be done accordingly.
